FILIPA FABRICACOSTUME DESIGNER & SUPERVISORI'm a Costume Designer and Supervisor with over ten years working across UK and Portuguese film and television, including the Venice Film Festival-selected feature Listen.
My work begins with a script and ends with a person — reading the social and psychological layers of a character to build someone the audience recognises as real, in close collaboration with actors, directors and writers.
Alongside designing, I work with established costume professionals to share what a decade on set actually teaches you: how to read a script, build a department, and bring a character to life under pressure. I'm currently based between London and Lisbon.
Selected credits include Listen (Venice Film Festival), His House (Netflix / BAFTA), Help (Channel 4 / BAFTA), The Roses (Disney / Searchlight).
